Service Cancellation

Due to the custom nature of our event decor services, all bookings are considered final once confirmed. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we work with clients to find suitable solutions when cancellation is necessary.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The following terms apply:

Service Modifications

We understand that event plans may evolve. Clients may request modifications to their decor services up to 14 days before the event date. Additional charges may apply for significant changes, and availability of requested modifications is subject to our current inventory and scheduling.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 10-15 business days of receiving your written cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures, we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide appropriate accommodations.
